Okay, basically I burned a copy of Gears of War and it worked for about a month yet now when I load a mission the screen freezes and I have to turn off my 360 to get the frozen image off the screen, I burnt another disc yet even that doesn't work....any solutions why it suddenly stopped working?

its def not the update.. i just popped mine in and updated and it works fine.. what type of media did you use?.. what speed did you burn.. do your other backups work ???

Verbatim, burning with a Pioneer at 2.4x using Imgburn...all my other backups work perfectly...

is it a download?.. it could be a bad file.. that is my only other thought.. unless when you reburnt you didnt use the dvd-rom booktype.. but the pioneer is auto.. so idk.. if it was a dl i would try and get it again.. that is all i can advise of you now..

yea i guess that would be your best bet, and be sure it is 100% clear of blemishes or scratches before you attempt to read it
