Is it possibe to upgrade from 3.03 OE-A to 3.03 OE-B or do I have to upgrade to 3.03 OE-A' first?

You can just upgrade from OE-A to OE-B. You don't need to update to OE-A2 first. And this comes directly from the readme from Dark_AleX. :)

3.03 OE? It offers UNRESTRICTED PSone game usage. If you update to 3.03 by Sony, you have to let THEM choose which games are available for the emu. But if you use D_A's version of the FW, you can play 98% of all PSone games, provided you have the .img/.bin/.iso of the game.

Basically, it has all of the benefits of 3.03 and 1.50, with NONE of the drawbacks. (Not that there are any drawbacks to 1.50)

You're not going to be able to do it. You have 3.03 from SONY. You cannot upgrade to 3.03 OE anything.
