This is the guide install 3.03 OEA from 3.02OEB
1. U need to download 3.03 OEA file from www.psp-hacks.com
2. U need 1.5 and 3.03 firmware
3. After u download the 3.03 OEA file extract it and u will see 7 folder
4. Rename the 1.5 firmware(eboot.pbp) to 150 and 3.03 firmware to 303
5. after rename the it put the file into oeupdmaker folder then copy the oeupdmaker and oeupamaker% to PSP/GAME150
6. Run the program form memory stick. The program will ask u to continue or not. If you want continue just press x if nor just press r
7. wait for the process. After finish connect the PSP to PC
8. Then go to the PSP/GAME150/OEUPDMAKER u will see DATA.DXAR file
9. Copy the file to your desktop. then put the DATA.DXAR file into 3.03oeflasher
10. After put the file into the 3.03OEflasher. Copy 3.03oeflasher and 3.03oeflasher% to PSP/GAME150
11. Then go to memory stick and run the program
12. Wait untill the program finish it will take 2-5 minutes
13. After finish it will ask u to reboot the PSP
14 . Welcome to 3.03 OEA
15. IF u want to upgrade to OEB just copy the OEB update to PSP/GAME150
16. Delete 3.03oeflasher,3.03oeflasher% and oeupdmaker, oeupdmaker% from PSP/GAME150
I use this guide to upgrade my PSP from 3.02OEB to 3.03 OEA-OEB
