HELP! I've looked all over the internet to find how to get lan setup with out having to use the internet!! so how do you do that? I live way out in the country with no broadband, so I have superduper slow internet!

and... does it matter at all about hooking a slim up to a chuby ps2?

These are the games I want to play with lan:
Tony Hawk Underground
Star Wars: Battlefront 2
Ford vs. Chevy
TimeSplitters: Future Perfect
SOCOM 3: US Navy Seals

sorry one more question... Can Call of Duty play lan?

You dont need internet to play on lan. The ps2's dont matter it'll work

well when I get it all set up, I pressed on lan, choose my network settings, then it starts to try to connect to the network!I do the same on the other ps2 and they both won't see eachother! mmm... I'm so confused....

make sure your using a cross over cable. Those are the kind you need to connect directly to the ps2's. Look on google if you want to find out what exactly they are
