I cant any game to work! Do I need to convert them to xtreme rips? how Do I do that? Why wont they work?

the drive is taken apart. IM using a BENQ 1640, I am trying to dump Prey NTSC. I can get the extract the image just fine (7.05gb) but it wont play in my 360. I patch the game with the ss.bin without clicking on the NME compatible setting box in SS merger. I burn the .dvd file at 2.4x with clone cd.
I am using Maximus GaryOPA 2.3 stealth REV.2
None of my backups have worked but my downloaded ones work just fine.

memorex(ritek d01) used them to backup downloaded games and they worked perfect
