From 2.60 i downgraded to 1.50 that worked
then i put all the files needed to update it to 3.0e a
got data.dxr doen everything needed this worked.
i then upgraded to oe b which worked.
i then skipped the oe maker for the datadxr copyed it to the oeflasher for 3.03 oe-a
then i the psp turned off itself and when i turn it on it just comes up with a black screen i entered the recovery menu then i dont no wot 2 do from here

Well....i dont know if this works
Cause im kinda noob hehe ^^
Turn on the psp..
Then when the screen is black
Hold the power button
Until it shuts off
Then turn it back on
Maybe this works

sounds like he skipped a step on the install process and now he's just able to look at the recovery menu.

i wouldn't know what to assume you've done, since like he said, your being a bit vague.

Ok, here, download this installer http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/966 Then install the Recovery folder. After its done, go into recovery mode and run the eboot in the recovery folder. What it does is that itll install 1.50 and then you can upgrade again.
