my set up so far is 3.03 oe-b and i used this http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1000 and when i go to look for the plugin its not there

No offense but... CWcheat sucks in my opinion. I use CheatMaster and it lets you do way more than what my friend said cwcheat let him do. With cheatmaster you can view the memory and change values on the fly as well as add them to the table to lock the values. You can get it here: http://dl.qj.net/CheatMaster-v0.6c-PSP-H...11430/catid/151. Set it up like any other plugin(I use 3.02OE-B so I dont know how to set it up).
