i have converted a game from NTSC to PAL using "PS2 NTSC2PAL WITH Y-FIX". will the patched game be classed as a PAL game now, so i will be able to use european action replay codes?

In other words, you'll still use NTSC codes. All patching does is modify the screen position so that it displays correctly.
You should buy a fully wired RGB scart lead for your PS2 to automatically convert the signal & give better picture quality & that'll save you the hassle of using NTSC2PAL patchers that don't always work.

Always 1st with 100% working PS2 Online Game DNA$ IDs!!
