I've tried several calculators around, but so far no luck unlocking my Nokia 2650 pre-paid locked to the Netherlands Telfort network.

Any ideas?

Make/model phone: Nokia 2650 firmware v6.18 (27-04-05) RH-53
IMEI #: 355671005929616
Country the phone is locked in: Netherlands
Provider the phone is locked to: Telfort (former O2)
