I am new to psp.
my psp is ta-082 with 2.81.

Can I play ISO and EMU?

is it just me or does no one ever search now a days? but no, you cant downgrade anything higher then 2.81+

yes, those guys all lied. there is a way to downgrade a 2.81 psp. but first, u need to upgrade to 3.03 and use the 3.03 downgrader. motherboard does not matter.
