im trying to upgrade from 3.02oe-a to 3.03-oe-a using this tutorial(http://forums.qj.net/f-psp-hacks-9/t-tutorial-280-ta-079-086-psp-to-303-oe-b-88188.html)using steps 24-37.when i get to step 35.its say opening... checking...cannot open file and then it says not exsisting or corrupted dxar file.i tried 3 times to install.to the best of my ability i follwed the steps 100% couuld someone please tell me in their own words exactly what and how they did it please.thanks
