I have just finished the patch with WINDIP. Where do I go now to burn the game? Alcohol 120%? ImgBurn?
And which file do I select to burn the DVD game? The ISO or the MDS?

1. Insert quality blank DVD into drive
2. Open DVD Decrypter 3. Mode->ISO->Write
4. Browse to image file
5. Set Write Speed to 4x
6. Click on Hard Drive->DVD picture to begin burning
The .MDS file is a small meta file that contains description information about the associated ISO. The .MDS file contains the layer break (for dual-layer backups) as well as other helpful information regarding burning. It is not an ISO file nor can a .MDS file be converted into a ISO. You must have the ISO; however, you can usually have an ISO without a .MDS file. To answer your question, when burning, I always burn from the .MDS file if there is one. Choose the .MDS as a matter of habit.
could some1 enlighten me as to why, i have also patched with windip and burnt iso with dvd dycrypter but now the game wont even load

So I choose the MDS even if it is a single layer disc?
Because with movies, if its a single layer, I was told to go with the ISO, and I did once and it worked perfectly.
