hi can anyone help my unlock my phone it's a nokia 6230i the imei code is 355386004001216 tried using dct-3 but got no response from the phone once i entered # any help will be appreciated

Insert a NON accepted sim card.When it says phone restricted, press "undo."
It will ask for a restriction code,and enter the code in to the box on screen,and then input this code

Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.

tried it said cannot unrestict phone then said phone restricted had to turn it off and on again

?Cannot undo restriction? or ?Not allowed? means. After you have made 5 attempts or even 3 attempts on newer phones and failed, the phone displays that message, meaning that the phone is "hard locked." At this point, you will still be able to use the phone with the original provider, but you will not be able to unlock it by codes. You will need to take or send it to a professional for direct unlocking service.
