umm i can play the fun not ranked games but when i go to play ranked games it does not load most of the time...watch this video i made...please tell me if you can help or not..

I had a problem similar to that, and what I found out was my computer was downloading something at the time. Check your Connections, and also see if computers on your Network are not downloading files, or using the internet.
