My writer is a Phillips Dvd+-rw sdvd8820
burns my movies perfect just cant do a 360 game?? is there a setting somewhere that might help or is this writer just rubbish. laptop is brand new.

you need to see if your Phillips Dvd can be be booktype to ROM. If so, then use imgburn and booktype it.

You can not read xbox 360 games/DVD with your Phillips. You can only burn iso image.

then burn using cloneCD.

download imgburn and install it on your laptop, then run it. there should be a book icon on the lower right side. click on it and then select your dvd brand, if your brand is there, then you can select the DVD+D DL and set it to ROM.
