hey i just downgrade my psp to a 1.50 but i want to know if now i can upgrade it to a 3.03oea but my psp was a TA-082 if i can do it

You'll be all set. The only issue w/ TA 082 mobos was the fact that they couldn't be downgraded. There was never an issue w/ upgrading them. :)
