AnyDVD 6.1.0.7 and Shrink (movie only)

No Problems

It is packed with protection but it is doable

Invallid navigation error with DVD Shrink only. No problemo after enabling AnyDVD-pc of cake!!!!

i already tried AnyDVD but didnt know how to use it how do i rip it with AnyDVD

@taylor...you could have used CloneDVD2 2.9.0.3 "Movie Only" and checked off preserve menus and maintained your menu functionality.:P

RI4M (using Shrink, Decrypter and FixVTS) has been doing a good job with the new releases. It's all freeware and just did a couple I couldn't do full disc with using AnyDVD.

I know but fancy Menus don't impress me. I'd rather have it the movie start when I put the disc in. I never use the menus anyway.
You can do the same thing with Nero recode too.

@taylor30, where in Nero Recode2 can you back up a movie title "Movie Only" and also maintain the menu feature? I use Nero Recode2 regularly and have never seen this feature....Oh when opting to maintain the menu your title still starts immediately. It's once the movie ends or during the coarse of the movie playing you can access the chapter menu.:P

Just checked it and you're right. I could of swore I saw that option in recode2 but maybe I was thinking of something else.

Be sure to have the latest updates for the software and then select the movie only option in CloneDVD2. You can check your version numbers against the downloads at http://www.slysoft.com/ . There's really no step by step to it. The software does the job. If you keep having troubles, check the disc for errors. If you want to use Shrink instead of CloneDVD2 try ripping the files to the HD, process Full DVD in FixVTS and then open the files in Shrink.

Using interface version: 6.3.1.4

You've got remnants of version 6.3.1.4 loaded.


Then go through add/remove programs and uninstall Nero.This will leave remnants behind,so Download this free tool and run it to completely rid all remnants of Nero off your pc:

http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/us/Nero_6_CleanTool.html

Then download Nero again,and leave out the incd packets.
