im interested in flashing my 360 but i dont know if the mod is detected on live. if some one could tell me about this that would be great

Please search these forums. There have been many threads on this same topic.

Yes you can play flashed Xbox 360 on Live. There has been no banning yet and no one ever knows if MS can detect our FW mod.

The firmware Hacks have something in it called "Stealth", which makes it so that MS can't detect if your system has a Hacked Firmware. Though, I bet MS will soon figure it out. But no one yet has been banned from Xbox Live, with a Hacked Firmware.
