Thanks Sudds. back to 1.5 successfully. I was missing the extra files.
I have one of the kids psp's that is now FW 3.03 OE-B. The other two will update to 3.03 OE-A but will not run the OE-B update. I get the error "game cannot start". Any idea why?

I can recover back to 1.5 and upgrade to 3.03 OE-A on these and thats all.

into \PSP\Game\OEB_UPDATE

it runs then craps out and gets the error message "The game could not be started (80020148)"

did this on 3 of 4 psp's so 3 are 3.03 OE-A and 1 is OE-B
