If your a TA-082 user on firmware 2.71 you can downgrade to 1.50 using a special downgrader. Once thats done you can upgrade to 3.03 OE-C which is available from sig.

anyone thinking of upgrading to 3.03 OE-B - just do it. the firmware rocks!

Question for you Sudds. Does 3.03 OE-C have to be installed to a 1.5 or can it be done from 3.03 OE-B. I tried your 3.03 OE-C file from the link from \PSP\GAME150 and it wouldn't run. then tried from \PSP\GAME and same result both on a 3.03 OE-B console. haven't downgraded to 1.5 to try it yet.

Also, do .swf games go in \game or \iso? or another folder?

It should work, i upgraded mine from OE-B.
Place the 303flasher and 303flasher% into GAME150, not the folder they come in.

got success. Had to enter recovery menu, configuration, set to 1.5 kernal , put folders into \PSP\GAME and it worked. now 3.03 OE-C
