xbox360 sata pci card ?

my computer dosent have any sata connections on the motherboard so i will have to buy a pci sata card , would any pci sata card work for flashing xbox 360`s .

i also was thinking of buying a xecuter connectivity kit enabling me to connect the xbox360 drive to my pc enabling me to flash it , does anyone have any experience with a xecuter connectivity kit ?

i am in the process of buying a xbox360 so i am making sure im prepared for flashing the drive , i have the latest firmwares for the different drives courtesy of xbins .

so my questions are what sata pci card would i need , any ?

is the xecuter connectivity kit the best way to go ?
