For a noob like me, i'd be much more inclined to pay a professional to flash my drive.

Anyone know of a company or anyone that does this?

good luck!

then you will have to rely on them forever and ever!

Just make sure you request the orgin.bin from them. this will contains your dvd key. You will need this for future flash or replace your dvd if you gets broken in the future!

i'm sending it to Textbook himself, he gives you a copy of the original firmware and also will do a 1 time free upgrade if you pay for shipping both ways. I pre ordered the blaster 360, so i hope to avoid any further assistance in the future.

For a first timer that's nervous as i am about bricking my drive, this seems like the best solution for me.

if you just take your time and read a GOOD tutorial first you wont have any problems, just write down the dos commands you need and you can save yourself 50 bucks or whatever
