when i start up swap magic then swap it for a backup and click x it changes to a black screen and stays there

i use Taiyo Yuden and a LiteOn shm-165h6s

and burn at 4x with dvddecrypter

yes but i tried burning games with my friends computer and they work so i know its not the disks and i used cdspeed2000 to look at the pi and they
are alot better when i burned the game with my friends computer but i scanned a old xbox backup i burned on my pc and it had lower pi two so can it just be something i installed after i burned the xbox game like a month and a half ago and b4 the ps2 games thats doing this?
