You give code i put to my phone. but show this error massage:
"CAN NOT UNDO RESTRICTION" i dont know sir why show this massage.
Please Help me. why not activate my phone?

your phone show this message because your have used all the 5 attempts you have, now it is impossible to unlock your phone with codes, but a cable solution will solve the problem.

No cable can unlock a DCT4 phone, which most are, only hardware. You will have to take the mobile to a shop to be directly unlocked, there is no other way to unlock it.
