Trouble Flashing Xecutor2.2 lite+ with 4977

So I have an Xecutor 2.2 Lite Plus properly installed. I get the "Insert Bios Update" screen when I boot up and my tray ejects. I downloaded 4977.rar, took the 256K bin file and ran it through x2bm and packaged it up into a 1meg file. I burned this 1 meg file (and nothing else) onto a CD-RW that my box normally recognizes...BUT....nothing happens. It flashes "LOADING" for one second and then the name of the disk comes up is small print. Nothing happens after that. Is it a problem with my files ont he disk? I heard I may need a 50 meg dummy file? Help!

Yup, apparently the dummy file helps it to find the bin file or something like that. Goto xbox-scene tutorial section, it steps you through it using Nero.
