I formatted my hard disk, put in a USB device and it detected the otheros.self file and i agred to the license agreement and when it tries to install it, it says appreciable data was found, now this has been pissing me off for 2 weeks so PLEASE HELP ME!!!

If you want it so bad you can just buy the Install disk, you need to give us more info!

i have the install disk, its just that when I try to download the otheros.self file, it says the no appricable install data was found and i want to download the otheros file for a long ass time, unless theres a place in LA(which I highly doubt) will download linux on your ps3 for you, I JUST WANT TO DOWNLOAD THE OTHEROS.SELF FILE!!!

are you useing Internet explore? If so download Firefox or Netscape and download the Outheros.self file to a Memory stick! I found it is easer to do it off memory stick than CD!
