Psp Bricked, New motherboard fix?

As soon as they released the downgrader for ta-082's I tried the easy downgrader and it bricked. I was wondering if a new motherboard will fix this and if yes could I purchase a 1.5 and it would work?

Second and most importent, Does it require soldering? From what I have seen it does not look like it, And one last thing updating to the 3.02 modified firmware. Is it easier then downgrading? As the main thing I want to use a few homebrew applications on it.

Yes changing the motherboard would probably sort it out as the flash memory will be located on the board, but whats the point of changing the motheboard from another PSP ? You may as well just use that PSP.....
