Can I burn my backups using this?

I have an internal lite-on dl burner. And i went to go buy some Great Quality "GQ" DL dvds at Frys Electronics and i was wondering if this combination works succesful in burning 360 games.

Does anybody out there had success with this combo?

I used LG DL burner with Verbatim. Worked good. :D

Just a guess but "Great quality" Brand DLs don't sound too good - but if they work....
