first off, I have searched around on this forum, and with google, and Ive tried everything I could find and nothing is solving my problem.

ok I just got my Swap Magic 3.6 disc and made a copy of a few games using DVD Decrypter 3.5.4.0. When I put the Swap Magic 3.6 DVD in the PS2 it loads the screen like it should. When I swap the SM disc with a burned disc and press X, the game will start to load [about 2-5 seconds], then it will freeze. Ive tried 3 different games, with tried 4 different types of DVDs, on 2 DVD burners. Everytime it either starts to load, then freezes or doesnt load at all [black screen only]. when it does try to load, the screen says "checking for memory card", then it stops.

Ive tried burning every possible combination with the following equipment..

SCPH-70012 SLim PS2

TDK AID+840G DVD Burner
Samsung TS-H552 DVD Burner

Sony 16x DVD-R v2.1
Maxell 8x DVD+R
Maxell 16x DVD-R
Memorex 2.4x DVD+R

Ive tried using slow burn speeds 4x, 2.4x, & 2x with DVD Decrypter. Ive probably wasted 12-15 DVDs with no luck. When I get a chance [hopefully later tonight], Im going to see what other types of DVDs they have at the store. I just happened to have the types listed above at my house.

If anybody has any ideas and can help me out I would really appreciate it, Ive tried everything I could find by searching. Ive tried to include all the information I could, if you need to know anything else just ask. Thanks in advanced.

Well all that I can think of is first check to make sure on the swap magic 3 website that the games you are backing up are compatible and that your console and swap magic are coded for the same region NTSC or PAL. Second try to get Verbatim DVD's with a max burn speed of 16x and copy your backups at 8x. Also make sure that all of your slim tools are properly inserted and are not coming out when you start your slim up. Check up again on the tutorials on here maybe you are copying your ISO's incorrectly. It never hurts to take another look.

Food has replaced sex in my life. Now I can't even get into my own pants.
