Is there a way to play a burnt game on the Xbox 360 that isn't modded or is there a way to transfer the game file from your computer to your Xbox 360's harddrive and be able to play?

Not possible. You must at the very least mod the firmware on the 360. Experienced people can do this without voiding the warrenty (well it's voided, but microsoft won't know it)

Ya, sorry to tell ya man, you can't do that! In fact, no one has found a way to transfer games to the Xbox 360's HDD. You can only play burned games with a 360 with either a Flashed Firmware, or Modchip.

The best help I can be is you can transfer Arcade games from system to system using a memory card:::)

Can you still access Live with a flashed FW or modded 360? If MS finds out, do you get banned? Anyone with Live experiences on a modded 360?

So far, no one has been found with a modded xbox/Firmware Hack, and banned from it. So, right now you should be safe. They have this software built into the Firmware called "stealth", so that Microsoft, can't detect if you have a Hacked Firmware or not.

You just need the latest Firmware that has been created for the Samsung Drive. You can check out 360 Mods, they have a bunch of tutorials on how to mod your 360, and they have a forum, if you have any questions.

o, This is very very interesting. I never new anything about this.
So you say you can just change up the firmware. Well what are the risk of this? Can you brick your 360? Or can you do a restore if you mess up?

You CAN brick Samsung drives. And you CAN brick hitachi's if you try the 2 wire trick to get the drive into modeB.
Also, it can get pretty expensive buying all the right parts for your PC so you can flash if you don't already have them.
I flash 360's every single day and have only bricked 1 Samsung in my life and 0 hitachi drives. And the guy who I bricked the Sammy, I went out and bought him a brand new 360 to replace what I broke. If you want to fedex your 360 to me to mod, no problem but discuss it in a PM
