Can PSP 3.03 (NOT oe-a) play iso - cso

I already upgraded my psp (the day i got it) to 3.03 normal, is there anyway to still play iso and cso files or is that is

if there is, please give deatailed instructions

sorry to say but no u can only do stuff like this via devhook (only runs on 1.5) and 3.03 oe-a/oe-b and currently 3.03 is not downgradable and if you see one with it DO NOT USE IT most likley it's a guy trying to brick your psp (just like with my 2.81!!!!!)
