can someone please tell me how to get rid of any annoying pop up i keep getting from internet explorer. everytime i open a page i get the same pop up it says

i keep pressing yes but it appears all the time i just click on somthing. i am using mozzila aswell and obviosly i dont get the problem but some web sites wont work on mozzilla so i have to us explorer anyone know how i can stop this happening please..
