can someone tell me how to get the recovery folder into my psp because when i try to turn on my psp while holding R button nothing happens

Have you got customer firmware to be able to use recovery mode?
if you have but cant get into recovery mode by holding R, i think the recovery folder would be redundant as you need to go into recovery mode to access the folder.
If that makes sense?

all it says is version 3.03 no OE-A or OE-B and stuff... i need to get to the recovery mode but the actual folder isnt in there....>>>PSP/GAME/

you have the official sony firware 3.03 not the custom fw oeb or oec you cant have that fw cuz you need to be in 1.5 to install it and you cant downgrade cuz ur no downgrader is available for 3.03 fw.

You cant do it mate. There is no downgrader availible for your firmware. Do a search on these forums and you'll find the firmwares that can be downgraded.

DO NOT install 3.10 if you want the recovery mode dude. And unpatched means that your Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories game has to be version 2.00
