hi im having problems with my henc. when i press henc in ohto the screen turn blue but doesnt restart the psp. ive try this many times so can u please tell me what is wrong with it.

You mite have done something wrong, just reinstall Hen C, actually dont use Hen C, use newer and better Hen D. Sometimes Hen (a,b,c, or D) does not work with AC power in!
