How do i install this , any direct download for 1.5 to oec or do i go to 3.03 oea first? and any links for me as well cheers?

Ok found out did bit my research on the net downloaded it , just wanted to know which one i start first .0 oec update maker , or oea install , is the update making the one to make the dax file?

If you mean where it is after you installed it - Hold R before booting your PSP.

If you mean you can't find it in the installer - Download a previous Custom Firmware like 2.71 SE-C
