By using the Recovery option in the Recovery menu (hold R when turing PSP on)....but why do you want to downgrade back to 1.5 ?

Isnt 1.5 better then 3.03 oe-b, using devhook?

I'm noob, I guess you can do pretty much anything to 1.5 and im kinda worried that 3.03 oe-b might get limited, dont know...

Dude r u really on 3.03 OE-B Custom Firmware??
If Yes, dun u think that 3.03 OE-B is better than 1.5??
(Wallpapers,direct access to ISO's,Popstattion games)
If You're on Sony's firmware-3.03, i'd say u r unlucky...
