how to use UMDGEN V4.00

i download games on the internet, but it all come in PSP_game and UMD.data. i know i have to use UMDGEN to convert it into a .ISO but i'm having problem using it.
here is what i do.
i press new, then out PSP_game and UMD.data at the right side and press save as .iso. i save it in my destop. but after it say done converting i cant find the file. or if there is i cant play it when i put in ms0:/iso.

i'm using 3.03OE-B. can someone tell me the step by step what to do?or tell me a website that i 100% will get a .iso or .cso. THANK A LOT!

the second link is tutor for V1.00, and the 3rd link i try before, after i download VCDrOm the thing the link say is different from the VCDROM itself i'm so confuse. can someone tell my a step by step that i can really follow step by step? the 1st link is under maintainal i will try again later
