hey whats up everyone im new to this and i just recieved my slim kit mod for the PS2 V12.. seems that i got everything working well because it loaded up the SNES emulator and when i poened the ttray the disc still spins... now the problem i have is with SWAP MAGIC 3.6 PLUS... after i load the disc and it tell me to load program i put in a backup i recorded with Alcohol 120 and it says invalid PS2 disc.. i was only able to burn @ x6 and the type of DVD disc i used was SONY+R 1x-16x AccuCORE RW.. is this a problem or does it also need to be a type of DVD Burner?.. i need help i have read and tried lots of methods and nothing!... thank you for the ones that will help in advance!

try with sony DVD-R , verbatim -r,tdk -r , taiyo yuden...

use something other than Alcohol 120! i've had a lot of probs with it myself. i recomend DVD Decrypter. there are plenty of edited by ddp available on the web to show you how to use it. good luck
