hey my msn keeps disconnecting me, like ill be on for like 5 minutes then it will say connection was lost, then i can go back on again, for another 5 minutes till the same thing happens. anyone help?

and its not a firewall problem, i had unistalled my firewall and it still happend.

anywho, what sort of internet connection you on? broadband, dile-up router?

haha soz, its just most newbies do a lot of dumb things :P

umm have you tried installing live messanger? see if it helps.

other than that there isnt much you can do other than make sure you firewall isnt blocking it.

well i tried windows live that just disconnected quicker :| lol
and i have made sure about the firewall and the funny thing is, at like 11pm till around 3 pm, i dont get DC. hmm.. i smell isp blocking something.

This happen to me ages ago. But mine was different it lost internet connection also so i could not browse. What i had done is wired up my router incorrectly. U may need to connect the ethernet cable properly.

i use a usb modem so it is plugged in correctly, ive had this for years it's only just started doing it
