Menu Program that allows 2 audio streams?

Hello,
I am completely new to this so please be kind :)

I have used DVD Decrypter & DVD fab to rip the movie only from a DVD (no extras). The movie has two audio streams - the 5.1 and the directors commentary. If I play the ripped files using Power DVD I can watch the movie switching between the movie (5.1) and the commentary by clicking on the audio button.

Is there an authoring program that will allow me to create a menu that will allow me to select which audio stream I want to listen to? The easier to use the better.

Can any one help?
