Windows Explorer Problem

Explorer no longer shows the menu bar.



System restore could not correct the problem. Is there a way to fix this short of reinstalling windows (which I did just 2 days ago and would be a pain)?

The menu was removed after I downloaded an mp3, I know it wasn't malware but the file was corrupt.
