i have a eurovox max. i live in the galway region. we have chorus here. is there any image that i can put on the box to get ti to work. or is there something code that i can put in. any help would be very grateful.

When you go to do a power scan, you may have to change the symbol rate.
The default is 6.952, in Ireland you have to change it to 6.887. A power scan would find all of your channels if the symbol rate is correct.

Chorus is using the symbol rate 6875 for true cable. If you get chorus mmds forget your eurovox box. Chorus is using DVB-T for digital mmds.

i have no idea what this all mean. will the dbox work or the replay lite. is there a site or a tread that has more informaiton about this. thanks

First you should tell us which service you get.
Do you have a mmds aerial on the roof and do you get the signal from Chorus.

You can use a dreambox 500t for chorus mmds. All the other boxes are for dvb-c which is in use for true cable networks and NTL mmds.

Chorus mmds is using diesel and all the others are using petrol.
You need a diesel engine for chorus mmds.
