Hi, when i put saints row in my 360 it doesnt read the disk, it comes up with open tray. There are no scratches on the disk. Does anyone know whats wrong?

put the game in the drive and turn the xbox off, then turn it on with the power button, not the eject button

have the exact same problem.

won't work cold booting for me. any ideas?

sounds like a bad copy of the game, take the game to walmart and tell them you lost the reciept and you just want a different copy of it, they will let you trade it for a new one
