i have a modbo v2.1 and its being working fine up until now. every time i put a ps2 backup in it come up saying "please insert a playstation 2 format disk". my ps2 can play original games fine and burnt cd's like action replay fine. i use first class media like tdk and verbatim. i think this happened because i spent all day loading cheats with action replay burnt on a cd-rw and my ps2 was making grinding and screeching noises.

i think my modchip broke because i can load backups using cogswap/exploit method but i want my modchip to work again
