3.03OE-C update

I updated my brothers psp to 3.03OE-C from 1.50 and my psp is 3.03OE-A'(2) I wanted to know if it is ok to use the DAXR file that i made in the process of 3.03OE-C when i ran the update maker will it work the same on my psp the file or would there be a hgher chance of bricking because i dont feel like waiting to make the file.

ya, its alrite, you can uses anybodys because the .dxar doesnt have to be sigchecked. if you want to be safe, then y dont use make another one then?

I don't understand the read me file for installing 3.03 OE-C.

The quote says that i should copy the 1.50 and 3.03 updaters and reaname it to 150.PBP and 303.PBP. When i check the installation file that i downloaded from dark_alex's website, i cant find the 1.50 and 3.03 updaters in it. Or maybe they are labeled wrong. Anyways can someone give me an explination to how to install 3.03 OE-C on 3.03 OE-B. plz. Thank you.

will the 3.03 OE-C be able to play iso games like the 1.5 version? or can it only play ps1 and umd games?

I was wondering if you could email me your data.dxar file because
my psp won't make it with that maker because it gets corrupt.

Ok my brother has a T83 or whatever its called when you have that serial number on the inside of the psp. Long story short he is impatient and didnt listen to my advice and updated he is currently on firmware 2.61. does anyone know if this update will brick his psp and is there any way to get him 3.03 oe?

hey i have psp 2.81 and have downloaded the 3.03 firmware for it and ive got the eboot file in the archive. where the hell do i put it to update? Then once thats installed put 3.03 hen on so i can play downloaded games. please tell me how to put the update on my psp plz plz asap

what are you trying to do?
seems to me you wanna play downloaded games which is homebrews and iso/cso
first don't update to 3.03 bcoz if u update(you'll be needing the unpatched version of GTA LCS) just
search for a 2.81 downgrader
downgrade to v1.5 and update to either 3.03oe-c ot 3.10oe-a
so you can play downloaded games you want
but if u really want to update 3.03 sony's firmware
put the eboot.pbp to :x/psp/game/eboot.pbp here and rename it to update.pbp (so ur psp will read it)
and try to search and read
i just loggd in after 2 months,,,im here again and ready to help and be helped!!
