i have firmware and i am trying to upgrade to 2.71 but the upgrade keeps saying that the data is corupted. I also try to upgrade to 2.5 and the same thing happens. Someone help me please!!

make sure the update is in the UPDATE folder...the structure should be
PSP\GAME\UPDATE

its just that i want to update to 2.71 to emulate 1.5 and 3.02 but the update keeps saying corrupted and i'v tried downloading the update from diff sources.

doesnt matter anymore cause you can downgrade any psp firmware now...only if you have the unpatched lcs umd.
