hey i just upgrade my psp to 3.03 OE-C..
Now what?
What emulator or files do i have to download to play psp iso games???

dont need one. Create a folder named ISO in the root of your memorystick. Place your ISO's there. Will see them under Game >> Memory Stick.

WEll i saw it on my psp went to games and press x on the game it said "game could not get started.. wtf

you can but you will notice alot of games wont work without a umd, but some will, its best to just have a game umd in the drive
