Cross-over Cable Internet Sharing won't work.

I have two computers.
One is the PC and the other I'm going to call the client.

On the PC I have two Internet Cards.
One is plugged into my modem and the other is plugged into
my crossover cable which is plugged into my client on the other end

I have Client for Microsoft Networks
Files and Printer Sharing
Qos Packet Scheduler
NetBEUI Proctol
Internet Proctol
installed on both the client and PC on all connections.

I have my internet connection shared (and set to automatically obtain addresses)and the 2nd connection configured to 192.168.0.1. I also have my client configured to automatically obtain addresses.

The problem is that when I turn on ICS, the internet stops working for both the client and the PC. However, on the client the PC is shown as a gateway and all the files are shared on both computers.

Somehow I need to be able to use the internet on both computers, just by using the crossover cable and a modem.
