I would be Soooo greatfull if someone could help me out on this one..
I have the image of "Mortal Kombat: Armageddon" on my HDD..
So, i mount it with deamon tools and i go to Nero and press "copy DVD"
After it is finished i use Swap Magic to boot the game..

It boots up, the logo of Mortal Kombat is shown on the screen and it doesnt go anywhere from there..
It just frezzes and only shows the logo..
I'v tried to burn it with x4 speed, and i get the same result..

PS. I tried to put it in my DVD-ROM drive and emulate this backup with an PS2 emulator, and there were no problems there, so that must mean the disc works and i burned it correctly.. I just cant get it to work on my PS2..
Can it have something to do with region codes and stuff like that ?

PLEASE HELP !!!!!!! :( :( :(

agree with above, skip all that mounting stuff and just burn the image with DVD Decrypter or IMGburn on a good quality 8X DVD-R at 4X speed.

How do i rebuild
Rebuilding an ISO
If you have ISO Buster and Nero: by MinnWild at modchipzone
Step 1.
Decrypt the ps2 game to your hard drive using dvd decryptor.

Step 2.
Open up Isobuster and load in the image file.

Step 3.
Hold shift and highlight all the game files and put them in a folder.

Step 4.
Open up Nero burning rom and create a new UDF/ISO dvd (It's the last one in the list). Drop all the game files into Nero in the same order as it is listed in Isobuster. Just keep Isobuster open as a reference when you do this. Nero will change the order of the files graphically, however they burn in the order that you dropped them in.

Step 5.
Name the image and burn it at 4x.

Step 6.
Presto, you've rebuilt and burned a PS2 game. Play it.

and what is zoneloader ?
It is a proram used with swap magic to load some problem games.
similar to DVDloader or cogswaploader http://swapmagicfix.com/

The difference between Nero and DVD Decrypter is personal preference.
I have both Nero 7 and DVD Decrypter but prefer DVD Decrypter for doing games. Works every time for me. Nero 6 did not, and i have not tried my new Nero 7 yet.

Use the DVD-R for sure. I know it costs each time but most PS2's have problems with DVD RW discs.

Hey guys.. Thank you very much for all the help.. I just found out that by downloading IMGburn and burning the image directy to the DVD-R disc i can play the game just fine.. :D

I realy apriciate all of your support.. Thanks a bunch :D:D:D !!

PS. If any of you know this (it's okay if you dont).. I live in Denmark and just reacently ordered a PS2 game from Texas called "Monster Rancher 3" which kosted me about 16$.. BUT, there is a feature in the game that allows you to create a unique monster from any disc.. You just insert the disc in ur PS2 and it finds a special monster from the disc.. Now my problem is, WHEN i SWITCH the disc's it says "Insert monster rancher 3 disc" when it already is in..
I KNOW i would get the same problem if i backed up a game that was on more that 1 disc.. So basicly, how do i change discs ingame after i swaped the game ?

If someone could tell me this i would die of joy :P
