Well the only downgrader for 3.03 is the one with GTA, so I assume you have GTA, and just need help on the downgrading part?

Dear Dvmo,

If you are a noob at the psp scene you shouldnt have even tried to downgrade your psp. It is not that hard but if you are slow up top and new to the scene your chances were slim. Dont blame the program, blame the user(yourself).

Downgrading is totally safe dude, many people have already done it and I have seen many videos of people doing it. Defintiely take the first step and go do it.
